Built on a Simple Conviction:
Tackle Pollution at Its Source

Polyfill Microns Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2001 in the MIDC industrial belt of Taloja, Navi Mumbai โ€” one of India's most concentrated zones for chemical, pharmaceutical, and metal finishing manufacturing. From the very beginning, the company's focus was precise: design and supply integrated air and water pollution control systems that actually solve problems at their origin.

Over the next two decades, the company grew steadily by earning trust through engineering sincerity. No overpromsied solutions, no off-the-shelf fixes โ€” every system is sized to the customer's actual acid chemistry, bath volume, and site constraints. Laboratory trials and pilot studies have been standard practice from day one.

The company today serves electroplating, anodizing, galvanizing, chrome plating, pharmaceutical, and textile industries across India, with a growing portfolio of acid recycling systems that help clients eliminate acid disposal entirely.

Intensive R&D for Acid Recovery โ€”
A Different Kind of Solution

After years of working alongside metal finishing plants, our team of chemical engineers identified a recurring inefficiency: facilities were spending heavily on acid purchases and ETP chemical dosing โ€” when the real opportunity was to recover and reuse what they already had. This led to a dedicated R&D effort to develop acid recycling systems using a combination of conventional and modern treatment technologies.

Our system attacks the problem at source. By enabling the recycling, reuse, and recovery of acids and metals directly from process baths, waste is stopped before it enters the effluent treatment system โ€” helping facilities achieve true zero liquid discharge while dramatically cutting chemical costs.

A chemical engineer by training and an industrial problem-solver by calling, our founder established Polyfill Microns in 2001 with a focus on making pollution control practical and commercially viable for India's metal finishing industry. With over two decades of hands-on experience in acid recovery, effluent treatment, and process engineering, he continues to lead project design and client consultation on every major installation.
